SpecterAI has successfully concluded its Train-the-Trainer program, certifying three strategic partners to independently offer quantum security training in Vietnam and Singapore. This initiative is designed to help organizations navigate the transition to post-quantum cryptography, a critical step as quantum computing continues to advance.
The newly certified entities include Vietnam-based HPT and QNet, as well as Singapore’s corporate trainer Edmond Tung. These partners are now equipped to deliver SpecterAI’s Quantum-Safe Security Foundations course, targeting enterprises, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, and public-sector organizations. The certification comes in response to calls from Vietnam’s National Electronic Authentication Centre (NEAC), which has urged businesses to brace for the post-quantum era, noting that current public key cryptography might soon be inadequate. Notably, Vietnam had issued nearly 32 million digital signature certificates by June 2026, underscoring the magnitude of the impending cryptographic transition.
Included in the training program is the use of Mosca’s Inequality (X+Y>Z), a framework that aids organizations in assessing how long sensitive data must remain secure and the time required to shift to quantum-resistant encryption. This guidance is part of SpecterAI’s broader effort to enhance regional expertise in post-quantum cybersecurity by empowering certified partners to disseminate knowledge independently.
