This includes fostering connections between educational institutions, enhancing exchanges between experts, and initiating joint research projects.
In addition to human resources, the meeting identified science and technology, innovation, energy, and oil and gas as sectors with potential for expanded cooperation. The talks underscored a mutual commitment to strengthening exchanges and fostering substantive collaborations in education, technology, and strategic research.
